How are evaluations counted on employer plans?+
An evaluation is one completed AI assessment of a candidate against a role — including CV parsing, ranking, and scoring. Re-running a score on the same candidate counts as a new evaluation only if the role or CV has changed materially.
What counts as an active job posting?+
Any job that is published and accepting applications. Drafts and archived/closed jobs do not count toward your limit. Starter is capped at 2 active jobs; Growth and Pro/Agency include unlimited postings.
What happens if I exceed my monthly evaluation limit?+
You can either upgrade your plan or buy add-on evaluation packs at $10 per 100 candidates. Your existing data and pipelines are never paused or deleted.
How does pay-per-hire work?+
On top of your subscription, you can opt into outcome-based pricing: $30 for junior, $60 for mid-level, and $100 for senior or technical hires. Charged only when a candidate is marked hired.
Can I switch plans at any time?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle and your data is preserved.
Is the job seeker side really free?+
Yes. Profile creation, CV upload, applying to jobs, and basic CV parsing are free forever. Career Pro and pay-per-use features are optional.
What's the difference between free and paid CV reviews?+
The free tier includes basic CV parsing — formatting checks and high-level suggestions. Paid reviews ($1 – $3) provide detailed feedback, role-specific recommendations, and AI enhancement options. Career Pro gets unlimited paid reviews.
What is an application boost and how is it counted?+
A boost increases your visibility and ranking signal on a single application. One boost = one application. Career Pro includes a limited monthly allowance; additional boosts are $1 – $2 each.
